Our form of therapy is designed to make an impact early in the process. Impact therapy is designed so that clients are much more likely to have a significant 'lightbulb moment' early in the process. Early realisations means the work you need to do to feel better and live better can kick off often within a matter of sessions - not years.


If things in life just aren't aligning, you feel stuck, frustrated, unhappy, unsatisfied, or generally that things could be going better but no matter what you do the same cycles seem to repeat, it might be a good time to come in, sit down, hash it out, and see if we can help you with your first lightbulb moment... and from there, you might just learn some new tools you can deploy to create a life you love living.
